Q) What is the I.S.Extra site ?
A) The I.S.Extra site is directly linked to one of our main suppliers which allows you to have
access to real time prices and stock levels for over 20'000 products. This is ideal
for looking at latest laptops , projectors , camera's , printers and other goods which
we do not normally display on our in-store site.

FAQ's
Q ) If I place an order on the I.S.Extra site , how long will it take before
I can collect my ordered goods ?
A) If you place your order before 4PM Monday to Thursday then we will aim to have
your goods ready to collect from our Rugby store the next working day*
If you place your order before 4PM on Friday's then we will aim to have your order
If you place your order before 4PM on Friday's then we will aim to have your order
ready to collect the following Monday *
Any orders that are placed after 4PM on Fridays , or on Saturday and Sunday's will
be ready to collect from our store the next available Tuesday*
*as long as goods are shown as in stock
Q ) Can I have the goods directly shipped to me from the I.S.Extra warehouse
A) No , you will still need to collect and sign for the goods from our Rugby address
Q ) The prices on the I.S.Extra site are different to the IN-STORE site on the same item , why ?
A ) The I.S.Extra site is directly linked to our suppliers warehouse stock so you
are getting the very latest price. The prices of our In-Store stock is based upon
the day that we purchased the stock to make available for our own counter sales.
Q ) If I buy an item on the I.S.Extra site ,can someone collect the goods on my behalf ?

A) No , the cardholder will need to collect and show the card used and sign for the goods
